BOSS (Bharat Operating System Solutions) is a GNU/Linux distribution developed by C-DAC (Centre for Development of Advanced Computing) for enhancing the use of Free/ Open Source Software throughout India.
BOSS Team has setup a BOSS Community consisting of individuals and teams on different technical aspects, giving advice, distribution and helping tp promote usage of BOSS.
You can be part of BOSS Community by joining the mailing lists, forums etc.
1. Technical Contribution - This level of contribution involve joiing hands in actual coding, package compilation, etc
2. Non Technical Contribution -Contribution in documentation area and marketing BOSS
Tell someone about BOSS. You can get CDs for free by asking at bosslinux@cdac.in and distribute them one.
